Ukraine accused SpaceX of limiting satellite internet connections used by its military drones, raising concerns about its ability to conduct operations against Russia.
Ukrainian official Mykhailo Fedorov said connections were being restored at speeds of up to 160 km/h but called for all speed restrictions to be removed.
Musk responded on X, saying Starshield is controlled by the U.S. government and that any restrictions are decided by the U.S. military and ultimately President Donald Trump.
Musk did not say Trump personally ordered the restrictions.
